Odeta Kasa is a trauma-informed holistic wellness and life coach, yoga teacher, multimodality fitness instructor, and breathwork facilitator. As a jack of all trades in the health and wellness field, she is fuelled by her passion to help as many people as possible create massive, life-long transformation - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, by motivating people to focus on both their inner and outer strength. While Odeta grew up an athlete and has always loved moving her body, it wasn’t until her recovery from an eating disorder when she was 15 years old that she learned how to use movement as medicine to heal. Choosing self-love and self-compassion, she focused on becoming the best version of herself, from the inside-out.

Now, with years of experience and a variety of certifications under her belt, Odeta is ready to help you become the best, most confident version of yourself. A big feeler with a massive heart, Odeta is empathetic and caring, and realizes that while every person’s health and wellness journey is unique, we all have the potential to be empowered through radical self-love. Odeta deeply believes in learning how to develop a healthy and sustainable relationship with fitness and your body through mindful wellness practices and consistent habits.
