Trisha Enriquez is a wellness coach, family fitness, and perinatal fitness expert with over 15 years of experience as a personal and group trainer. Her interest in fitness was reignited while she was on maternity leave with her first daughter. It was then that Trisha decided to become a pre- and post-natal fitness specialist. With a degree in human biology from the University of Toronto, she has a strong scientific foundation on which she bases her creative segments and snacks. 

Trisha believes in the power of short and effective workouts, and loves to see individuals dedicating any amount of time to becoming healthier and happier humans. If you honor your body, according to Trisha’s philosophy, your body will honor you right back. Trisha is also an advocate for women’s health and empowerment. Today, she is also a writer, with articles published in leading health magazines.
